It features high end properties in locations across Nigeria, there are various sections in the magazine some of which cover wining and dining, interior decor, property offers and lots more. We can say it is Nigeria's monthly brief on the luxurious life. The magazine has 100 A4 pages, its cover pages are printed on 300GSM hard paper with glossy lamination and the inner pages on 150GSM glossy paper. It comes out for distribution in the 1st week of every month.
As the sole designer, I was responsible for the complete layout and preparation of the magazine for print. This involved working closely with the editorial and content teams to create visually appealing layouts that captured the readers' attention. Through my designs, I was able to enhance the reading experience and engage with the audience effectively. The magazine, which had a monthly reach of 100,000 readers, received positive feedback and appreciation from both the readers and the management
