The Freelance Coalition for Developing Countries (FCDC) provides learning resources and mentorship for BIPOC freelancers who need help upskilling and learning the business side of freelancing.
I am the in-house graphic designer for the FCDC. As a designer with a focus on multiple areas, my job involves creating visual assets that support a variety of different communication goals. Specifically, I am responsible for designing social media content, print and merchandise designs, website and blog posts assets, YouTube Thumbnails, report layouts, and pitch decks. In my role, I use my design expertise and creativity to produce eye-catching, on-brand visuals that engage audiences and communicate key messages effectively. I work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product teams, to ensure that my designs are aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
